That is the full scope of what the site is for. We may add or change features over time.

4. Comments

Comments you submit are published publicly on the site, alongside the name (or display name) you provide. Do not include anything in a comment that you would not be comfortable with anyone reading.

When you post a comment, you must not submit anything that:

  • impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity;
  • contains personal data about other people that they would not want made public.

We may moderate, edit, or remove any comment at our discretion, including for any reason set out above. We are not obliged to publish a comment, and may also block users who repeatedly breach these terms.

5. Your comments and our right to use them

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to display, store, reproduce, and distribute that comment in connection with the site, including in archives of the site or in promotional material referring to it.

You confirm that the comment is yours to post, and that posting it does not breach anyone else’s rights.

6. Our content

All content on the site (including video, audio, images, written content, branding, and the site itself) is owned by Echoverse Collective Limited. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use, and share links to it.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@echoversecollective.com with:

  • a description of the work you say has been infringed;
  • the URL of the page on the site where the content appears;
  • your contact details;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them.

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

8. Donations

If you choose to donate, the donation will be processed by a third-party payment provider. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law. We will use donations to support the work of the Collective.

9. Site availability

We do our best to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

10. Our liability to you

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, including any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or up to date, and you rely on it at your own risk.

11. Third-party links and embedded content

The site may include links to other websites, and embed content from providers such as YouTube, Spotify, and Vimeo. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, and the date it was last updated, will always be shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
