The integration partners' own AI roadmaps. Intuit Assist and HubSpot Breeze are the obvious watch-list. The day one of them removes or deprioritises the Claude integration is the day the competitive frame snaps into focus.

Whether Anthropic adds a payments take-rate. If the SDK starts touching PayPal at volume, the question of whether Anthropic monetises the transaction, the model call, or both becomes the structural question for the segment.
